Organic Abundance Service Agreement

You agree to the following terms in order for Organic Abundance to provide home delivery service:

1. Skipping Scheduled Deliveries & Cancellation of Service

Once your service is established, you agree to provide us with at least 7 days notice prior to any scheduled delivery that you would like to skip or cancel.

Please telephone your request to our office at (707) 251-5500 & leave a message or e-mail service@OrganicAbundance.com . In either case clearly indicate the dates to skip delivery & the date to resume delivery. Please make sure you include the full name the account is listed under in your voice or e-mail.

We can only accept telephone & e-mail requests. Please don’t leave notes for your driver. Skip-delivery requests received after this deadline cannot be honored. We suggest that you make arrangements to have a friend or relative pickup your delivery at your home when you are unable to provide us with the required 7-day cancellation notice.

2. Declined Credit Card Transactions

We assess a $20.00 charge each time we attempt to bill your credit card and the charge is declined for any reason, including invalid expiration date or cancelled card. If you cancel your card or get a new one with a new number and/or expiration date you must update Organic Abundance via voice or e-mail. Please make note of the card number you have supplied to us as we cannot be responsible for notifying you of an expired card.

3. Delivery Box Fees

The initial non-refundable charge for the re-usable delivery box is $5.00, billed at the time of payment for your first delivery. If you do not return your delivery box at the time of each subsequent delivery, you will be charged a $2.00/box non-refundable late fee. Please return extra boxes as soon as possible to avoid additional charges. Missing and significantly damaged boxes are billed to you at $5.00 each.

If you end your service with Organic Abundance, we ask that you recycle your last box to a curbside recycling program. Organic Abundance cannot make stops to pickup empty boxes after you have stopped your service. If you stop your service with more than one empty delivery box, Organic Abundance will bill each additional box at $4.00 each prior to closing your account.

4. Promotional Offers

If you have a promotional coupon you must enter the promotional code exactly as it appears in the offer in order to get credit. You must enter the promotional code at the time you initially submit your service order. We cannot honor promotional offers received after the initial service order is submitted or after the date specified in the offer.

5. Delivery Authorization

You authorize Organic Abundance to make your delivery at the front door area of your home or an area otherwise stipulated by you without your presence at home or notification to you.

6. Billing and Credit Card Authorization

You agree that your credit card will charged at the rate of $28.95 per medium-sized delivery or $42.95 for a large-sized delivery and an additional $2.00 per unreturned delivery box. You agree to be billed for deliveries that you failed to cancel by providing the required advance notice discussed in section one above.
