for a specific length of time? Can I stop service at any time?
OA does not require a contract commitment
for service. You may cancel at any time, provided you give
us the required 7 day advance notice mentioned in our customer
agreement.
Can I skip deliveries
for vacations or other reasons?
Absolutely, again all we ask is that you
provide us with the necessary 7 day advance notice in skipping
scheduled deliveries.
Do I have to be home at
the time of delivery?
No, in fact most of our customers are not
home at the time of delivery. As long as you have agreed to
delivery without your presence, your OA driver will leave
your delivery in the front door area of your home.
Can I pick the delivery
day?
No, it’s not possible to pick you delivery
day. We only deliver in certain areas on certain days. You
will be notified of your delivery day after we receive your
online signup information.
Will you deliver to
my office?
Generally it is feasible for us to deliver
to your office. However, please state the regular office hours
in the special directions section of the service agreement.
We will notify you if there are any problems once we receive
your service agreement.
What if there are only
two of us in the household?
We have many customers in this situation.
These customers find that scheduling a medium sized delivery
every two weeks works very well in meeting their needs.
Can I change my No "Thank
You List" as often as I want?
Yes, simply e-mail or call the office with
any additions or deletions for your list and we will implement
the changes as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days
for changes to take effect.
Do you have smaller
sizes or can I get a delivery every 3 weeks or 1/month?
No, We have experimented with these options
in the past and have found that they did not work well for
our customers .
